Cajun fried turkey again for Christmas dinner. This year I fried 6. Make the marinade and inject the night before and rub with Cajun seasonings. Lower slowly into peanut oil 4inutes per pound. 11 to 12 lbs turkeys work best. Attachments:

We haven't had turkey cooked any other way at our house since about 1991 or so. ANd we haven't burned any part of the house down...

It's the only way to have turkey.
