Please explain this to me. No where does UGA officially promote the term "Dawgs". How backward ass as fans to you have to be where you are so proud of being unable to spell in the support of your team? Your school doesn't even officially recognize the term "dawgs".

"Hairy Dawg" is trademarked by UGA. So is "Dawgs." Guess we're no so backwards, more like priviledged. People actually pay to use the term....DAWGS.

I don't believe it. Show me the DAWGS trademark. I've seen the goat ropers at MSU use DAWGS as well. Good company you're keeping!

Well, the Cajuns do, Red. Haven't you studied Louisiana history? The Cajuns migrated from Arcadiana (sp?), which was a French part of Canada. They brought their language and cooking with them. As moderator of the Cooking forum here, I know this!

Ok, so what type of backward ass, so called "institution of higher learning" spells dog as dawg? How many times do you think UGA will fall from the #1 ranking this year? My guess is only once, because they won't see it again!

Your #24 showed that he is a cut above the rest. #4 showed he has promise.

I think the LSU game and FLA game are going to be the best games in the country this year. It could work out that all three teams are in the top 5 in the country when they play....

And what else are the French famous for? White flags and a yellow streak I think they were the inventers of the quiche and little funny crookass looking hats..... Oh, as for a institute of higher education, I will quote will one of LSU's most famous graduates. When ESPN asked Shaq if he could dribble with both hands he responded, "yeah, I be amphibious." ;D Red Red

I don't believe he is a graduate. I believe he left to make millions after his junior season.
