First time making beef ribs on the smoker. I made a rub with paprika, chili powder, onion and garlic powder as well as cayenne. Smoked 2 hours with mesquite at around 250 and then finished in foil in the oven for an hour at 300. They were really good, tender and juicy. I'll definitely do these again, faster then pork ribs and definitely just as flavorful. ;D
