Duck/Goose breast poppers
Cut breasts into small cubes. Lay out slice of bacon and cut in 1/2. Place cube at one end of the 1/2 slice of bacon. Put a sliced banana pepper and a dab of cream cheese on the cube. Roll up in 1/2 slice and put toothpick through cube to hold bacon on. Place in container and cover with Moores steak seasoning, Italian dressing, Worchestershire sauce, etc. and let marinade for at least 15 minutes. Place on grill until bacon is done. Remove from grill to plate, let cool a bit, and eat.
Watch out for shot in the breasts!

I cook both doves and quail the same way. Made dove poppers for a tailgate last year and they didn't last long. Cooked quail poppers for family last week, actually, and they were really good.
If I don't have toothpicks (like last week) I put 4 or 5 on skewers and cook. Once cooked, they don't really need the toothpick to stay together. I also use grill baskets to make turning them very easy instead of having to turn one at a time.

I'm scared to get unexpected packages of liquid from you in the US Mail, especially to the office.
